Network Problem

I am using bsnl postpaid connection from past 2 years and i have 11 cug connection. I have just got frustrated bcoz of the network. Its not the worth paying so much money for such a bad connection. I have full signal but i cant speak, or connection error, or sometimes i would hear my own voice. Just waiting for september month where i can shift my network to other carrier. This is worst connect
