Unable to fix the incoming problem

I am an old person, i have a cellone connection my number is 9431881845

The problem is that for the ;last six months incoming is not available on my sim, i have been complaining about this problem to customer care but still no action has been taken.

I am not in a physical condition to go the office everytime.

Please draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards this problem
