FRAUD IN MY ACCOUNT

I have recharged my account with Rs. 111.00 (magic voucher) validity for 30 days to reduce my call rates on 11/06 but from 16/06 my service has been deactivated by BSNL it's a bleach of contract and now I am on general call rates, I am really frustrated because I am a business man why I pay normal call rates? I have payed Rs.111.00 please help me. My mobile No. is 9430355082
