Excess call charge of mob. no. - 9475824836

This is for your kind information that, I, Mr. Debasish Mallick, bearing bsnl mobile no. : 9475824836, recharged my phone with rs. 149/- power card to get 10 paise per minute call facility to other bsnl mobile numbers on 21.07. 2009 at 8:59 a.m. (reference no. - 220853580) and I got a replying sms that my request has been processed. But till date I have not got this facility though the power card had been accepted and the surcharge has been deducted. Moreover when I approached to the customer care service (ph. no.- 9400024365) for last two days they are paying me a cold shoulder saying to wait for indefinite time and some time they are offering us a rude behavior.

I would be obliged if you kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.
