Poor Network

Sir, I am a user of BSNL mobile since 3 years. My no. is 9424204809 and I reside in 153, Samta Colony, Raipur. But since few months I am receiving very poor network signal in my home. I am loosing business as I miss many important calls. Earlier the network was not so poor but now a days its worse. Even most of the calls made or received on Bsnl mobile is cross connected.

Please solve my problem.
