Unable to use power card

I bought a power card of BSNL mobile amount of 49/- from a local distributor. SL no- 81330010802103

Valid till 31/12. But when I am trying to recharge it showing RESULT UNKNOWN. When I talk ti cst care they informed me that Power 49 had been lapse. So it is not possible to recharge. Without any prior information I am facing this problem. So, I am complaining this issue.
