Billing dispute-Postpaid mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile no. is 9444908269. i have a recd a sms fm bsnl cellone on 21/10 mentioning that this is an interim bill for rs.3426/- as hv exceeded the credit limit & the due date is 28/10/09 to avoid disconnection.

My normal bill value is around rs.350/- and am surprised to note the usage in oct has gone upto rs.3426/-.Would like to have a detailed bill with date & numbers contacted for me to check whether these numbers are known to me.

AS far as my knowledge goes have not made calls to that extent.

Moreover if the credit limit is rs.500/- why there was no intimation when it has crossed rs.500/- rather than waiting till rs.3000 and odd.

req to have these details as am disputing the bill value.
