Respected Sir,

My self Pranab Samanta, my BSNL CELL NO 9490058221 IN AP circle.

I am in VENNELA PLUS plan, I have recharged Rs 45, to active 1p/sec pulse on 8th Nov' 09.

Talking to customer care person, they told that it will be active within 24 hrs, but still not activated or not came any balance.

Please do something for me.
