STD not low on Excel Gold & Silver Plan

On 11-6 STD charges were reduced for Prepaid and Postpaid customers, but to my surprise these is not the same for Excel Gold and Excel Silver plan. These two plans are still paying higher STD charges of Rs.2.40. I think BSNl is loosing its transperancy each day.
