Poor network

I am a bsnl subscriber since last 2 years but i am totally unsatisfied with the company bacause of its poor network. i never got any messages about any new schemes from the bsnl from the purchase of my sim. when ever i try to call anybody it shows connention error i am fed up with this network. i request you to some certain steps on my problem. my number is -9490336466 (andhra pradesh, vijayawada)
