Loss of SIM card

Hi,

i have lost my sim card (9433295870) 15 days back and would like to get back the same sim, since all my official numbers and contact details are stored there in my sim. I have an amount of around Rs1000 in my sim available at the point i lost it.

please let me know how i would be able to get back my sim, as it is of an urgent importance in my life.
