Sim Card Not Working

Sir

My Prepaid no is 94172-26444 and i am using this no 1 month before. Actually day before yesterday when i switched on my phone then message displays on my cell "INSERT SIM", and this message even continuos when i changed my Phone too. then immidiately i call to customer care and they advise me to visit Local Exchange. when i made a visit then they said that sim has been blocked due to your mistake and we will unlock your sim after the payment of 112 Rs. then i was shocked by their response, i said them i did nothing to sim it is a technical problem by your side but they did'nt agree by my views...

So tell me but i did now...

my alternate cell no is 098883-88018.
