I taken a bsnl ananth excell connection. it should recharge every 6 months with 600 for extend the validity. i recharged my account with 225/-rs and 200/-rs amount has been added in my account but the expairy date did not update. i made a call to customer care and i gave a complaint to customer care and i received a complaint number ''H1400037'' by them. but i did not get any response from them. still now they are not responding . i gave a complaint many times but they are not responding. iam giving the complaint since 10 aug. still iam giving.
