Alert service deactivation

I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alert service 51234030 which got automatically activated. I had lodged a complaina several times to the customer service center but the service is not deactivated yet I even send an SMS for deactivation on the following number but, the serivce does not support it. Money of my account is affected due to it twice for the services which i have not even demanded. Customer service is very poor it is never available. In bsnl never a problem is been solved. Its my request that my prolem should be solved immediately otherwise I'll go for legal action so to avoid further complication Please deactivate the cricket alert services. Aswini Kumar Tripathy
