Arring of connection

Dear Sir,

I, Ajith Kumar having mobile No. 9446338717 and my wife Prabha Kumari with mobile No. 9446448717 (Jyodi offer) had paid the bill on 1/4/08 having Receipt No. 0033780. But our connection has been barred. In response to our complaint they gave us a complaint No. 0804030028 on 3.04.2008. But still there is no response from their part. As I have to make emergency calls from my mobile, it is very urgent to get connection. So please take necessary steps regarding this.
