this is to inform to your kind notice that your bsnl myway satelite tv connection is creating a problem to us. As we are regularly calling ur service provider about our problems.the problem we are facing are blockage of channels, not geting service you provide to us,

it was told by the service provider about the complaints that from 1st of oct. we have to pay the charges of this blockage chanels and this was not mention in your plan given to us during installation.

so we request you to cancel our myway connection and refund us our rs. which we gave as security (1500/-)
