Unexpected bill

Iam totally disturb. my brodeband monthaly plan is rs-125 but my dad is goverment servent that why it will be 100 & monthaly rental will be 60 rupees. but they indicated rs-58 & rs-23 & totall bill is 398 it is absoultlly wrong. 10 paisa charge for 1 mb is writen on cover paper & they taken charg 90 paisa per 1 mb
