BILLING DISCRIPENSE

Respected sir,

I have a telephone connection with no. 2506293 at my residence at flat no. B-1/351, sec.-34, noida. My subscriber no.is 164589

Regarding above subject matter and many time present at your zonal office at sec. 33 & 29 with application for solving the above matter. But till date no any response from your zonal offices.

Now once again I have submitted our problem in your kind consideration,

as I have received first bill no.1610194 dt.4/7/09a amount of Rs.1485/- for the period from 1/5/09 to 30/ 6/09 which is including Internet charges. We do not use Internet services from provided by B.S.N.L. in our telephone connection till date.

Again next bill no.4207073 dt.4/08/09 send without any correction. Still I waiting response from your zonal office, but no action will be taken by your exchange.

Now one more bill no.5811851 dt.4/9/09 send with including broadband charges.

I could not pay this type of charges which we do not use. So you are requested to please instruct/order to concerned department for reverse these Internet charge and give me revised bill for only telephone connection

your earlier action will be solecieated
