On 07.05.09 i have complained the my balance has been deducted automatically.
in this connection their complain reference no . 3648578
further on 09.05.2009 the same problem arised and complained
the reference no. is 3653537
When i call customer care to know about my complain, there response is " you will be notified soon. please wait"
what should i do
