My pco phone no 91-361-2659063 is dead from 31st day of octber 2007. i registered my complain to the authority through the computerised complain service on 1st day of november and they provide me a coplain registered no is 15224.

but still now my phone is dead. so plz suggest me wht can i do now, it hampered me in my business.
