our phone no.0120-2634552 is dead since 15 july 09, & we have booked complaint to BSNL wide complaint no, 000340, several reminders were also given personally to cocerned line man & SDO phones rajendra nagar exchange. Still our phone is not working. I request you to look seriously in this matter & arrange to resolve my complaint & I also request to condone the rent of my phone during this non servicing period,
