Delay for phone and broadban

Sir,

My name is S. Gunaranjithamary. i applied BSNL phone and broadband connection. i paid 500rs 9th aug. they said they will come and give the connection within a week. but now today 13th sep. but still they did not give any connection. i dont know the reason why they are doing like this.

I am in Maduravoyal. here maduravoyal exchange no response for everything. they did not refund the money also. i applied one agency.

I want to make a complaint about this. so please verify and do the needful. My order number is 82388066.
