BSNL Phone compalaint
Telephone dead since more than one month

Dear Sir

Hope this complaint will be attend by BSNL prompt officer. I already made somany complaints and given recferece also. But nobody is listening/ bothered the complaint and we realy dont understand to whom we should approch.

If the BSNL not interested to attend the complait, then we are sorry to inform you that we would like to discontineu BSNL Telephone and will not pay the comming Bill as there was no used of dead telephon since more than month.

Kindly take suitable action and confirm
