Bsnl post paid connection
Outgoing facility barred

My out going facility was barred 2 days before the last date of payment of bill. though there was no outstanding, only current month' bill was due and i paid the the bill in a BSNL franchisee on 27th february whereas the last date of payment is on 3rd march. in spite of my bill payment before due date, my outgoing facility is barred and not cleared till 04.03.2008
