BSNL POST PAID GPRS
Poorest of the poor Service with too much charges

I am a coustomer of BSNL Post Paid NE Circle, my plan is Rs. 99 per month with GPRS connection having plan charge Rs. 199/-. So in total, including service tax it comes to around Rs. 350/- per month. Here, I would like to mentioned that the Signal Problem, GPRS Data Transfer Speed, the Coustomer Care service is really poorest of the poor, we cannot even open oer mail properly but the Cell One charges Rs. 350/- for this poor service. The Cell One is targeting to achieve maximum number of customer, they have a target that they must get some specific number of customer so that they can FOOL THE INNOCENT LAY MAN OF GOOD INDIA in short time and LOOT THE PEOPLE. The amount what I have mentioned here is the minimum ammount, in the first month, the bill was around Rs 700/- and after this I made a complain. In the next month for the month of March the bill was Rs. 779/- so I didn't pay the bill and the phone got disconnected. Today I went to check the bill and including the current bill, it was Rs, . 330/- so the total comes to Rs 1109/-, this is after the phone got disconnected. I have to pay the bill so that my phone gets connected. I have paid the bill and call up the customer care, but it was not working, So, this is what INDIA really is!!! What I have mentioned here dose not include the bill for the month of May. Again it will come upto Rs 330 again. All these what I have mentioned here dose not include usage charge, because I never use This number for Calling, I use it only for receiving, for calling to other, I use AIRCEL, which is very fair in billing system.
