Unable to recharge

Dear Sir,

My mobile no is 9431725149 of Dhanbad district in Jharkhand. I am a life time subscriber. My validity period was over on April 24 and I have recharged my mobile on 27/04/09 by rs 225/- recharge voucher. But the secret code was registered in your system and I did not get the balance till date. The out going facility has been stopped from 25th April. I have called the customer care service in Jharkhand several times but no one could solve the problem. My complain no is 3493170. I am facing several problems. In this regard you are requested to take immediate action to solve my problem.
