Disconnection without information

Sir,

I (Ratnesh Choudary, Central Govt Employee) had taken a BSNL prepaid connection from Bhatpara/Kankinara Kolkata Exchange before 2.5 years (No:9433915169). Before 8 days without any information my sim's outgoing fecility blocked.after that I tried to give a complaint to Kalyani SDE with all the details regarding my mobile.(Mrs. Chinmay Chakraborty) but her respone was very bad and irritating like "go for another connection we have lots of works to do... etc" and the language she used was very bad. I just want to know the reason for disconnection of my number.so i kindly request you to give me the reason of disconnection. The details of my mobile is also attached.
