Bsnl prepaid
WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE MY SERVICE WAS CONVERTED INTO 3G WHICH I DONT WANT

SIR,

I am a regular customer of BSNL prepaid from many year. i have BSNL prepaid connection, it was a life time connection which was expiring on 5th Aug i went for a topup to increase its validity period but it dose not increase. Then i ask to cutomer care for this problem he was very supportive and told me that my account is converted to 3g for which i have to recharge with Rs350 to use my servises . i dont want this service as im using a very simple set and this servise was activated without my knowlege. I already given a written complaint but nothing has been done. My all services are bard, convert my account to normal so that i can use my services.pls help me.
