Bsnl prepaid
Other Operator users can not make call or send sms in new series of BSNL in MP and CG Circle

Sir my problem is stl d same nw.

i cant receive calls or msgs from other operator n also banking or other type of msgs.

can u plz tell me whr should can i complain regarding this
