Incoming problem from other network

Dear sir,

i have purchase a new sim from BSNL sim mela from PANIPAT (HARYANA) no. issuing me 9468314468 after using i got outgoing and incoming call from bsnl are normal but when someone call me on this number from other network like (AIRTEL, IDEA, TATA ETC.) than customer care asking PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER i have complating many times on customer care but no response,

so i request you please solve my problem as soon as possible NO IS 9468314468 (VALIDITY 6 MONTHS, RECHAGE WITH 44 Rs.)

PLEASE DO THIS NEEDFULL.
