Bsnl prepaid
30 rupee will be deduced from my balance

From my balance 30 rupee will be deduced every month. i report about this to bsnl costmor. he tell ur "dating tips" survice is activated and we disconnect it from your mobile. and no money is charged from your sim.and today my balance goes in nagetive. SIR really bsnl is a very poor survice. SIR PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM
