BSNL Unnecessory money deduction theft from pre-paid cellOne

Hi,

I am using my pre-paid BSNL cell from past 6 YEARS.

From about 4 months I am observing that heavy money deduction happening from my pre-paid cell.

I have verified that I am not subscribed to any services/sms etc.

But still huge amount getting deducted every day.

I had called the customer center and registered complaint many times but still no use.

Is this a alternate plan from BSNL to increase revinue???

Please verify this and re-emburse all my money that is being deducted for no reason and making my life measurable...

This is really worst experience and for a customer who is using the service for 6 years this kind of cheating is not really justified.

Waiting for immediate action and re-embursement of all the unecessory money deducted in the past and kind polite request to stop this theft that is still happening...

This cheating fromBSNL leaves me only option of changing to some other service provider as no one is listenign and money theft is being carried out even today!!!
