Add on service

I have followed all the instruction to unsubscribed the add on service OSHO message (56300).from last 2 1/2 months I did not receive this service mesage but every month service charge is deduct from my account. I have met personaly at BSNLoffice about my complain .still they did not solve my problem.today again they deducted service charge from my balance.
