Bsnl/prepaid mobile
Prbt is not working

I am a user of bsnl, but from last 4 days onwards the prbt service is not working, even if we dial 56700 for setting new ringtone the phone is picked but there is no reply form the other end.but the charge are cut of monthly further the ringtone is not always heared by the caller usually the get the old tring tring only.
