Lapse of balance

Hii sir, i m pripaid customer of bsnl. at the dated 19-12 at 8:30pm a balance of 370/- has lapse automotically and balance become zero. after this i registered several complaints but till now there is no response neither bsnl office mathura, nor customer care nor gm office, i have tired by done the complaints . so kindly help me, and tell me about my lapse amount, thanks jagdish prasad pathak, pathak gali, nivari road, baldeo mathura. -- 9412801741
