Espected sir,

myself Sushil Kumar singh a customer who has gone to buy a vanity no 94707 77777 from Patna Office of BSNL.. on 5th of March. SDE Commercial IMPCS has taken Rs Six Thousand Three hundred Nine only through Demand Note No 90 at CTO, BLDG Patna and give me a SIM Card No 89917 58108 23112 3653.and recipt.

BUT till today my vanity no 94707 77777 hasn't been activated. I have in touch with the officials but they are not taking it seriously. i have phone conversation with the GM. but in vain. Sir plis look after my problem.
