Egarding recharge vouche

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had purchased a top up recharge voucher of amount Rs 221 from BSNL counter bearing serial no 12207000779942 for my above prepaid mobile no on 19 Nov & recharged it on same day, but still today I had not received balance on my mobile no. on next day I had complaint it on your customer service center at (Targhar Exchange) Ahmendnagar to Mrs. Phaltane (Mobile Section) and she had checked the problem and assured me that problem will bee solved very soon. Also the compliant is booked at customer service center bearing complaint no 3436794. Today nearly 2-3 day had being passed but still the problem is not solved. This is the very third class service we are receiving from BSNL. Kindly take it in consideration and do the needful. Thanking you.
