Unnessary deduction of amt. Rs 127.00

Myself Sunil Biswas recharged my mobile 9424382556 online vide receipt no.88888504528 with denomination Rs.550.00 on dtd.9/11.On 10/11 it is found that the amt.worth Rs.127.00[approx] has been deducted without assigning any reason. In this respect let me know the details for which the aforesaid amount has been deducted? If it is found not in order then redeem the same amount by way of recharging my mobile. The action taken by you in this respect and fate of the issue may please be intimated to my e-mail address. Your positive action in this respect will be highly appreciated.
