Unable to unsubscribe news alerts

Sir,

My mobile no is 9443080615.B.S.N.L PRE PAID. I am getting news alerts. every month amount has been deducted. But now I want to unsubscribe the news alerts. I have received sms stating your subscription will be renewed on 15-05-12.to unsubscribe call 12555363. When I dialed this No i could hear a voice describing the bsnl mobile services. How could I unsubscribe the news alerts and save the money. when i contacted the customer service center, they say i must give written complaint in person to A.E. of b.s.n.l. Please help me what i should do to unsubscribe the news alerts.of BT-ONMOBL
