Respected Sir,

In reference to above subject, I R. Kapilesh consumer of BSNL mobile services at Birsinghpur, Distt. Umaria M.P., looking to your attractive advertisement got recharged mobile nos. as per scheme prevailing 25th December to 1st January’09.

I recharge Mobile no. 94241-09095 (Name- Ritu Handa, date of recharge 27-12-08, 94061-62680 (Name- Ramesh Kapilesh date of recharge 01-01-09) through voucher of Rs. 3371.00 only.in each mobile. After recharging received a talktime of Rs. 3000.00 in each mobile whereas no EXTRA TALK TIME has been credit to each mobile.

When contected to service provider from respective mobile numbers service providers unable to reply on above scheme of EXTRA TALK TIME of Rs. 750.00 on recharging through voucher of Rs. 3371.

So I am requesting you to immediately credit Rs. 750.00 EXTRA TALK TIME as per scheme published in the newspaper.(cutting enclosed) to mobile no. 94241-09095 & 94061-62680 & convey staff / officers regarding the scheme.
