COMPLAINT REGARDING

Myself Krishnendu Mondal having BSNL Prepaid Mobile Number 09433562712 .I was having a balance of Rs 521.00 (Five hundred and twenty One only) as my balance on 20-03-09 morning about 0920 hrs but from 1000 hrs onwards I was unable to make any calls from my phone and neither I was able to speak to any customer service executive. Later on when I checked my account balance by dialing 123 it was informed to me that my account balance was nil. I would like to inform that I didn't make any chargable calls after 0920 hrs of 20-03-09 and so the missing amount is not due to my fault. Kindly do the needful to retrive the same please.
