Ecieved call from pune phone no.02026331697, on 12.12.2007. that now you can make outgoing calls. but till now not yet started. what a poor show of bsnl services.i hope all the person must go to consumer forum &put joint complaint & must penalise bsnl .if not resumed i will put complaint to TRAI.
