My BSNL prepaid sim's expiry date was 24th oct-o9 but due to my cell phone was damaged due to some damage and i was not able to use my sim also after 10th oct-09 and after repaireing my cell i am surprised to see hat my sim shows zero balance against 5000

when i talk to customer care he told me we can't do anything your sim valedity period is over

now what should i do?? will my 5000 money waste???
