Hi,
I was calling on 1500 number from Pune, which is call centre phone for BSNL, pune. Its worst, Bakwas. Its only playing the message as "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315" and that's all. Isn't it would have been nice to play a voice message as "All executives are busy, please hold and then "To connect to the internet using your dialup, please dial 172315"
Instead, I am getting doubt as call centre number 1500 is been scrapped off and this is a dialer tone they are playing, but it doesn't stops message "To connect to the internet..." and no executive will attend your call.
