BSNL Pune Landline
Landline dead

I have a BSNL Pune landline phone (no. 24442720). It is out of order since 16th December. A complaint was registered on the same day- complaint no. 35893. Thereafter virtually every alternate day a phone call is made to find out the progress. BSNL's office has also been visited- met the lineman, concerned Engineer, Asst Manager & the Dy General Manager as well. Every time a reply is given that telephone would start working in 2-3 day's time. Despite these (false) assurances the phone is still not working for last virually 1 1/4 months.
