IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE FROM BSNL SIDE

Sir,
PROBLEM NO 1
i had taken a new sim of Rs 20 form BSNL on date 12.01.2009
according to a new scheme that was running then there in rajasthan
circle where there was a scheme to give 75 Rs on the first recharge of
56Rs which I did on date 22.01.2009.
but I didn’t got the amount on 1st recharge on 22nd of the January o9
I began to lodge the complains with the customer care center of bsnl
and till 26th of feb I have had my 8th complain lodged and was still
seeking the answer of the 1st one!!!
Regarding this problem I had also contacted the customer care center
twice but the officer SDE present there said to me to wait 3 days at
my 1st meet and said that “YOU WILL GET THE AMOUNT IN 3 DAYS ”
there after that I waited 7 days with no result and again contacted
him but then he gave 15 days time and still I have not received the
amount back in my account …well for this rather getting 25 back I have
lost a bit more than 25 but I want to let you know that what the
companies are doing with customers …..
so after these all problems I have faced for 2 months I have now
decided to move the matter to trai and this is my last hope to get my
LEGITIMATE amount back because lodging lots of complains meeting
customer care center Physically is not making any move ….still I want
to say that if they happen to do it with a person like me what they
will be doing with general rural persons???

PROBLEM NO 2
now when i recharged with the special tarif voucher of 230 rs (an unlimited GPRS pack) on 4th of the month they claimed to give facility of surfing withour any problem till 30 days
but
but
only after 20 days they take off my service and till now it has been 10 days for which i am unable to surf the internet and for that surfing i am losing my money HEAVILY and many important tasks are held up... there seems to be a cheat with me from BSNL side and moreover when contacted personaly many a times (LEAVING OUR PERSONAL WORKS @ CUSTOMER CARE AND CCN OFFICE)
still we are receiving no ve response for our LEGITIMATE SERVICE!!!
Hope that my problem will be addressed soon I I will be let known
exactly what going of my complaint.
