Ring Back Tone

I am a customer of BSNL Prepaid from last 2-3 years. Rajasthan Circle.

I had never applied for Personalized Ring Back Tone but I get this tone from last many days and my balance is deducted for this service. I had registered a complain at customer service but concerned person didn’t give Docket No. But they saying that it will be deactivated by sending SMS “UNSUBSCRIBE” TO 56700. I had done this from my number 9413277720 at 3 times for which I have also to Pay sum of Rs.5/- each SMS, but still I am suffering from this service.

My two numbers are 9413277720 and 9413188189, still having activated PRBT.

Concerned persons are requested to deactivate the same immediately on both numbers and manage to refund the deducted amount for the same.
