Espected madam/sir

i was the user of nic card usb that issued on 19-03-09 but at present i am using landline broad band connection from 21-04-09 so i want to reuturn the card but office people refused to accept, they told your bill for the card is not available. It has been one month passed i m sending here n there and nobody ready to hear me. So I very kindly request to you please sort out my problem because I am charging unnecessary which is burden for me. thanks with favourable soon action.
