Activation of STD Facility for Number 040-27400267

Sir,

We have applied for the new phone and the phone was installed and activated on 19th Oct. We observed that the STD facility is not functioning. Up on complaining about the same in customer care services we were given to understand that the status activation is as with STD facility. But the same is not activated and in "ONE INDIA" package STD is a must. Hence we request you to take necessary action and instruct the concern personnel to look in to the matter and do the needful. Early action is appreciated.

We also request you to activate the Broad Band connection since while applying for the telephone we have opted for Broad Band connection too. We once again request you to take immediate action.
