Unable to send sms

My mobile number is 9492040470.

I am unable to send sms to the number 09176601321 from my SIM. Everytime I try it shows 'ERROR SENDING MESSAGE'. It is being sent when I use other's sim.

It has been more than a week that I have been calling customer service for the same. Each person I get connected to (in Customer Service), gives me a different suggestion, none of which has worked so far..all in vain.

Please check into the matter and do the needsome and let me know as to what could be done to rectify the problem, at the earliest.
